Way, way back in August you may remember I started my annual hunt for the 'scariest/ugliest Christmas tree ornament' (as they call them here in the USA, in the UK they're more commonly referred to as 'Christmas tree decs'). And I found some 'beautys'.
(If you're interested with my fascination with scary/ugly things, check out the world's scariest Happy Meal toy).
Anyway, those of you following my twitter will have noticed that my quest for the scariest/ugliest Christmas tree dec didn't end in August, ooooh no, long have I battled searching out all manner of horrors for your benefit.
Luckily Christmas in the USA seems to end on the big day itself (so this will be the last post of horrors this year) rather than Epiphany/January 6th as it does in the UK. Talking of Epiphany, I only just discovered Three Kings Day/El Día de los Reyes Magos yesterday, seeing this in a Walmart:
I hadn't encountered this holiday before but found out more about it here.
Anyway, I'm getting sidetracked again as per usual aren't I? My point being that although Christmas isn't over in our household until January 6th, it's well and truly over in all the stores here....so no more Christmas tree dec pics on this website after today until next....well, probably summer when the shops start selling them again.
"Enough with the blabbering", I hear you cry. "Show us the horrors!!"
Ok, don't mean it, don't get excited man, just coz I'm short I know....
Here you go, and I'll let you be the judge and jury:
